Shipping Update: Shipping times and order fulfillment are improving. However with some uncertainty still of certain markets and manufactures there still could be delays due to Covid-19. PO BOXES & APO BOXES
Unfortunately, we do not ship to a PO or APO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Lead time and shipping may vary depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience! All of our items ship from within the lower 48 United States. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
All purchases from Anchored Bleu Home are considered final sale, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping. We strive to make sure our products are of the highest quality from our partners we work with. Items are inspected for damages prior to shipment.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order within 48 hours upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. To be eligible for a replacement of an item that is defective or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All of our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipment. Anchored Bleu Home will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost if you contact us within 48 hours of the item’s arrival. We will provide a shipping label for the return of the damaged item, so please do not discard the item or its packaging. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item Is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
If the item arrives damaged but is not eligible for a replacement, you will receive store credit for the total purchase price of the item(s). To start a request contact us for questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final sale.

REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEMS
We will notify you once we’ve received information on the damaged item and inspected your return for damage. Refunded damaged items must be in the original packaging and unused with tags still attached. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the original form of payment.
