Q: How long will it take for my pieces to arrive? A: We work to ship in-stock orders within 5-7 business days of your order. Custom or made to order pieces will take between 3-12 weeks depending on the item. Allow 2-3 days for processing.
Q: How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges? A: We base our shipping rates on the total price of the products in your cart.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States? A: At this time we are not able to ship outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Q: What shipping carriers and/or delivery services does Anchored Bleu HOME use? A: We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Q: Where can I find details about shipping and returns? A: Detailed information about shipping can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.
Q: How will I know when Anchored Bleu HOME has received my order? A: A confirmation email from us that includes your order details will be sent to you.
Q: Will I receive all of the pieces in my order at the same time? A: Many of our items come directly from a manufacturer. If items come from our warehouse we work to ship orders out within two to three business days of the order.

Q: Is my credit card information secure? A: Yes, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure your data is secure.
Q: Will my order include sales tax? A: Yes, tax and shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout.
Q: What types of credit cards do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
